On June 17, 2021, Shenzhen CGN Engineering Design Co., Ltd. and Beijing KNT Technology Co., Ltd. jointly organized a product appraisal meeting in Beijing for the “Hualong One Severe Accident Containment Hydrogen Concentration Monitoring System.” The meeting began with introductions of the participants and the selection of the head of the appraisal panel.

The CNPDC/KNT-HMS Containment Hydrogen Concentration Monitoring System, jointly developed and submitted by Beijing KNT Technology Co., Ltd. and China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd., has been granted an invention patent certificate by the China National Intellectual Property Administration for its hydrogen sensor and hydrogen-sensitive element technologies.
